Facility Lending Procedures

- Group Event Booking:
- For Faculty staff, students and affiliated unit staff: General Affairs Office→Administrative Division→Download Form→Facility Lending Application Form(Attach an event proposal and agenda)→Print and fill out the form→Submit for Athletic Department’s approval→Check the application status
- For intercollegiate activities, applications must be submitted at least one week in advance via online booking system, signed by Athletic Department→General Affairs Office→Principal→Approval, if payment for rental is required, fees must be paid 2 days before use, and a copy of the payment receipt must be submitted to the Athletic Department, for final confirmation.
- Booking for Regular Training:
- Faculty, staff and students must apply in person at the Athletic Department.
- Facility lending is limited for up to 2 hours per session, one session per day and 3 days per week in the same time slot.
